If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please notify us in advance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

📌 Cancellations within 24 hours of booking – Eligible for a full refund.
📌 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the consultation – Partial refund available (administrative fees apply).
📌 Cancellations after the consultation has been provided – No refunds available.

✅ If a scheduled consultation cannot be delivered due to the unavailability of a BrickVista representative, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
✅ If a client is unsatisfied with the service and submits a detailed request within 48 hours after the consultation, we will assess the situation and determine whether a partial refund is applicable.
✅ Refunds will not be issued for completed services, as they involve professional expertise, research, and tailored insights.

Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and responses are provided within 7 business days.

5. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

🚫 Completed Consultations – Once the session is delivered, refunds cannot be granted.
🚫 Market Reports & Analysis – Any research reports provided are final and non-refundable.
🚫 Third-Party Services – If the investment process involves external legal or financial advisors, refunds are subject to their respective policies.
🚫 Failure to Act on Advice – We are not responsible for investment decisions made after receiving our recommendations.
